At The Boston Consulting Group we're very passionate about diversity. We recognize that outstanding people come from all walks of life, and we believe that diversity creates a stronger, more dynamic team environment and provides unique perspectives and opportunities for our clients and staff. Since 1997 our LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) network is an official institution within BCG following the mission to ensure the professional success of its members. 

When is the event?

The event is scheduled on March 12th (evening) and 13th.

On Thursday, evening starting from 6pm, we will welcome you with a cocktail party: this will be a good occasion to know you better and allow you to meet each other. Then on Friday, the actual workshop will be held from 9am to approximately 5pm. We will be providing food and refreshments throughout the day. 

How can you get involved?

To sign up, please send your CV and a brief answer (max 150 words) to the following question: "Describe briefly how you support diversity in your community and how you would contribute to the event?" to the e-mail address ITALeadingDiversity@bcg.com. Application deadline is February 24th, 2015. Within March 2nd, the people selected will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details about the event. For people who will not be invited, we really hope to keep in touch for other future opportunities with BCG.
