Luiss University and Sciences Po Paris organize a Summer program on Populism and Democracy.
The program is meant to be recurrent and itinerant. The 2020 edition will be held in Rome, and it will be organized by Luiss Guido Carli.
The 2021 edition will be in Paris, organized by Sciences Po.
In academic terms, the program aims to: a) investigate the origins of populism from different perspectives: historical, political, sociological, theoretical and philosophical; b) involve both international scholars and practitioners (politicians, policy-makers etc) in the discussion on populism.
The call of the Summer program is open to university students, PhD candidates and Postdocs who are interested in researching populism and the transformations of democracy. A session of the programl will be dedicated to participating Phd students and postdocs willing to present their research, provided it is focused on the topics that the program covers
Fees:
- Tuition Fee without accommodation € 1150 (per week)
- Tuition Fee with accommodation € 1600 (per week)
