The program provides a significant and international preparation in the field of International Law, offering to students the opportunity to choose one among the following specializations:
- International Commercial Law
- International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation
- International Economic Law
- International Development Law and Human Rights

The program is a tuition-paying program.
In addition to tuition fees at Luiss, tuition payable to the University of Warwick for the 2020-2021 academic year is £8,580 TBC. Luiss students will benefit from a 10% discount.
Please note that tuition does not include living expenses. Students must also factor additional costs of housing and meals.

Who can apply
Students enrolled in the fourth year of the single-cycle Master’s degree program in Law can apply to this program. According to their major, students can apply for:
- An LL.M. in Advanced Legal Studies, open to students majoring in Diritto Amministrativo, Diritto civile, Diritto del lavoro e della previdenza sociale, Diritto ed economia delle imprese, Diritto internazionale, Diritto penale, Diritto societario e tributario, EU law and regulation;
- An LL.M. in International Economic Law, open to students majoring in Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Internazionale, Diritto Penale and Diritto Societario e tributario
- An LL.M. in International Commercial Law, open to students majoring in Diritto Civile, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Internazionale, Diritto Penale and Diritto Societario e Tributario
- An LL.M. in International Development Law & Human Rights, open to students majoring in Diritto Internazionale
- An LL.M. in International Corporate Governance & Financial Regulation, open to students majoring in Diritto Civile, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Internazionale, Diritto Penale, Diritto Societario e Tributario

Every year, a total of 15 students can participate in the program.
How to apply
The call for applications is published on December 9, 2019 and applications can be submitted until January 31, 2020. Candidates are required to submit the following:
- Application form
- English language certificate
- ID card
- Motivation letter
- Photo in JPG Format
- Curriculum vitae / résumé
Requirements
The candidate for this program should have the following requirements:
- have a minimum average grade of 27/30;
- have obtained a minimum of 180 ECTS;
- English language: IELTS with a minimum score of 7 overall, with no more than two components at 6 or 6.5 and the rest at 7.
Additional rules
The participation in this program will provide additional points to the final score of the master’s degree, according to Luiss rules. Students will be able to participate only if they are up to date with exams and have no pending administrative issues with Luiss. Exams passed at Warwick will be transferred to the Luiss career according to the study plan. It is not possible to renounce a grade. Luiss call for applications: timing
