Highlights
The program provides a solid and international preparation in the field of European Law, offering students the chance to choose one of the following specializations:
- International and European Law Advanced
- Human Rights and Migration Law
- Business Law
- European Law and Global Affairs.
The program aims at recruiting ambitious and motivated students, offering them the chance to learn in an exciting environment in one of the top 30 Research Institutes in Europe, according to the European Research Council.
The program is a tuition-paying program
In addition to tuition fees at Luiss, tuition payable to Radboud University for the academic year 2020-2021 is € 2,143.
Please note that tuition does not include living expenses. Students must pay for housing and meals.
Scholarship opportunity
Luiss students who took part in an exchange at Radboud Law School during previous years can apply to the LAN-donation. The donation is for a total of € 2,014.

Admission
Who can apply
Students enrolled in the fourth year of the single-cycle Master’s program in Law in the 2019-2020 academic year. According to their major, students can apply for:
- an LL.M. in European Law - track Business Law, open to students majoring in Diritto Amministrativo, Diritto Civile, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Societario e Tributario, EU Law and Regulation;
- an LL.M. in European Law - track International and European Law Advanced, open to students majoring in Diritto Internazionale and in EU Law and Regulation;
- an LL.M. in European Law - track European Law and Global Affairs, open to students majoring in Diritto Internazionale and in EU Law and Regulation.

Every year a total of 6 students can take part in the program.

The call for applications is published on December 9, 2019 and applications can be submitted until January 31, 2020. Candidates are required to submit the following:
- Application form
- English language certificate
- ID card
- Motivation letter
- Photo in JPG Format
- Curriculum vitae / résumé
Requirements
The candidate for this program should have the following requirements:
- have obtained a minimum of 180 ECTS;
- Have a weighted average grade equal to or above 27/30;
- English language:
- TOEFL: minimum score of 575 (paper-based) or 90 (iBT) with a minimum of 23 for writing;
- IELTS: minimum 6.5 overall, with a minimum score of 6.0 for the components listening, reading and speaking and a 6.5 minimum for writing;
- Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): minimum grade of C or higher;
- Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): minimum grade of C or higher.
Additional rules
- The participation in this program will provide additional points to the final score of the master’s degree, according to Luiss rules.
- Students will be able to participate only if they are up to date with exams and have no pending administrative issues with Luiss.
- Exams passed at Radboud will be transferred to the Luiss career according to the study plan. It is not possible to renounce a grade.
