Highlights
The program provides a solid and international preparation in the field of International Law, offering to students the chance to choose one of the following specializations:
- International Trade and Commercial Law
- Corporate Law
- International Law and Governance
- European Trade and Commercial Law
The program is designed for ambitious and motivated students who want to learn in an exciting environment with world-class professors.
Participants pay tuition to the host university.
In addition to tuition fees at Luiss, tuition payable to Durham University for the 2020-2021 academic year is £11,000.
Please note that tuition does not include living expenses. Students must also cover the cost of housing and meals. Interested students can apply for a college accommodation.

Who can apply
Students enrolled in the fourth year of the single-cycle Master’s degree program in Law can apply for this program. According to their major, students can apply for:
- An LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law, open to students majoring in Diritto Civile, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Internazionale, Diritto Societario e Tributario, EU Law and Regulation
- An LL.M. in Corporate Law, open to students majoring in Diritto Civile, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Penale, Diritto Societario e Tributario, EU Law and Regulation
- An LL.M. in International Law and Governance, open to students majoring in Diritto Internazionale
- An LL.M. in European Trade and Commercial Law, open to students majoring in Diritto Civile, Diritto ed Economia delle Imprese, Diritto Internazionale, Diritto Penale, Diritto Societario e Tributario, EU Law and Regulation

Every year a total of 10 students can take part in the program.

The call for applications is published on December 9, 2019 and applications can be submitted until January 31, 2020. Candidates are required to submit the following:
- Application form
- English language certificate
- ID card
- Motivation letter
- Photo in JPG Format
- Curriculum vitae / résumé
Requirements
Candidates for this program must meet the following requirements:
- Have obtained a minimum of 180 ECTS
- Have a weighted average grade equal to or above 27/30;
- English language:
- A TOEFL with a minimum score of 102 overall with a minimum of 27 in writing and 25 in all other sections, or
- An IELTS with a minimum score of 7.0 overall with a minimum score of 7.0 in writing and 6.5 in all other sections
