HP, in collaboration with Fundación Universidad-Empresa (FUE), has launched a new edition of HP Academy in 2018. In this addition, 130 recent graduates from across Europe will receive specialized training and develop their talents at one of the most reputable technology companies in the world. After the program, HP offers a contract to most of the participants.

The program, which was awarded the prestigious "Magisterio Prize" in 2017, aims to attract recent graduates interested in developing a professional career at a Fortune 500 company that is constantly innovating for a better world.

The 14th edition of HP Academy will select 90 candidates for training in the R&D area and another 40 for training in Business. The one-week training program, which will be held at HP Spain’s International Center in Barcelona, will take place July 2-6. Participants will actively partake in different soft skills training modules, and gain a clear, strategic vision of the different HP businesses and how we are transforming industries such as Graphic Arts and 3D Printing.

R&D and Business Profiles

All candidates are expected to have a good academic record and English proficiency. Those wishing to apply for the R&D area should have a degree in Mathematics, Physics or Engineering (Aeronautical, Electronic, Mechanical, Telecommunications, Informatics, Industrial Organization), while those interested in the Business area should have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering.
