Internship Sales and Project Management Toyota

Tasks:
- Support the project management and sales engineer team in planning, coordination and follow-up of European projects with our customer Toyota (Focus: Chassis System Brakes);
- Create and update management reports to ensure the availability of correct business data;
- Prepare documents and presentations for negotiations and technical discussions;
- Get in direct contact with the customer in order to promote the interests of our company in various issues. Therefore it is important to provide Toyota with sufficient information in order to maintain a good and mutually beneficial relationship.
Required Skills:
- You are currently a student (with focus on industrial engineering or business) and you are interested in the automotive industry;
- You speak English fluently; knowledge of French and/or Dutch and/or German and/or Spanish and/or Turkish is a plus;
- You are very well organized and flexible and you can work independently on a tight deadline;
- You have excellent communication skills and you are a team player;
- You are confident in working with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS Project and Excel VBA are highly-appreciated.
