Description
SkipTheDishes is looking for individuals with expertise in training and development to take the Skip team's skills to the next level. Support the achievement of our team members and business objectives through progressive approaches.
Main activities:
- Collaborate with learning and development specialists, subject matter experts, and trainers to ensure excellence in the delivery of training content;
- Deliver exceptional classroom experiences for new Skip team members;
- Work to support quality standards of content and information specific to the unique needs of each team;
- Recommend and implement ongoing training initiatives that support high performers delivering world-class products and services.
Requirements:
- Be passionate about enhancing the capabilities of Skip team members through training and development initiatives;
- Be experienced creating and delivering engaging training sessions using adult learning approaches;
- Have a great attitude and be proven self-starters;
- Thrive in a rapidly changing environment;
- Can work through challenges and learn from each experience;
- Take ownership of their ongoing personal growth and learning.
