Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to define the assignment/project strategy, from the time the search assignment/project is confirmed to the completion;
  • Working collaboratively with consultants and other (international) team members on the assignment/project in all stages of the execution process:
    • Sourcing and identification of candidates,
    • Pre-screening,
    • Follow-up,
  • Produce internal/external progress reports for discussion with consultants and clients;
  • Coordinate the process and progress of assignments;
  • Being attentive to market circumstances and internal needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • You can communicate with ease in Dutch and/or French and English, verbally as well as written.
  • You are result oriented;
  • You have a high drive;
  • You are flexible and you have a high level of adaptability;
  • You have very strong communication skills;
  • You have the ability to both work in a team and on an autonomous basis.
