Key Responsibilities:
- Help to define the assignment/project strategy, from the time the search assignment/project is confirmed to the completion;
- Working collaboratively with consultants and other (international) team members on the assignment/project in all stages of the execution process:
- Sourcing and identification of candidates,
- Pre-screening,
- Follow-up,
- Produce internal/external progress reports for discussion with consultants and clients;
- Coordinate the process and progress of assignments;
- Being attentive to market circumstances and internal needs.
Candidate Profile:
- You can communicate with ease in Dutch and/or French and English, verbally as well as written.
- You are result oriented;
- You have a high drive;
- You are flexible and you have a high level of adaptability;
- You have very strong communication skills;
- You have the ability to both work in a team and on an autonomous basis.
