The U.S.A. Embassy of Rome is evaluating candidates for part-time internship positions (approx. 20 hours per week) available in the Winter Session, running from November 5, 2018 thru April 26, 2019. Dates are fixed, please refrain from applying if you are not available throughout the entire period.
The positions will be within the following offices: Housing, Shipping, Acquisitions, Supply, Human Resources, Customer Service Center, Political Office, Regional Security Office, Health Unit, Protocol, and the Financial Management Office. All interested students should apply thru LUISS Career Services, providing an updated CV in English and a brief cover letter.
The ideal candidate will have a very good level of English and Italian - both spoken and written - and will be available to intern on apart-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week - Monday thru Friday) from November 5, 2018 thru April 26, 2019.
The Office of Human Resources will receive applications only from LUISS Career Services and will eventually contact qualified candidates to provide details on the various internship opportunities and to answer any question you might have.
Each selected intern will need to obtain a security certification from the Regional Security Office before being able to start.

- Be enrolled in the 1st , 2nd year of a Bachelor Degree or;
- Be enrolled in the 1st year of a Master’s Degree or;
- Be enrolled in the 1st , 2nd, 3rd, 4th year of Law Degree;
- Have an academic average higher than 27;
- Have an excellent level of English and Italian - both spoken and written;
- Good IT Skills;
- Be available to intern on apart-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday) from November 5, 2018 thru April 26, 2019.
The student status must be manteined over the entire 6 months internship period.
