The MasterCard female mentoring program has been established to empower girls through mentorship, build their self-confidence and challenge them to discover and fulfill their potential

This program is open to female students who will enter their first year for the Master Degree in September 2017.     

Where is this available?
Program to be run in Ireland, UK, Italy and Turkey
How do students get on-board?
Partner universities will recommend 5 students per country to be involved in the program

Duration
Employees of Mastercard will mentor students over the course of 8 months – September 2017 to April 2018

 
Support provided
• Business skills training
• 1:1 mentoring relationship
• How to effectively apply for a job – CV writing and mock interview

Interested students can apply sending their cv to cvcareer@luiss.it (Ref: MasterCard) by August 31.

 
Mentors will be subject matter experts in their field and key industry influencers
On completion, students will be equipped to present themselves more effectively with the skills required both from a business and technology perspective for a more successful transition and launch pad to a future career at MasterCard.
