Description
The Trainee will be part of the Sales Development Organisation in our EMEA HQ in Dublin. He or she will support the business development team and get the opportunity to grow to a sales representative role in 6 months.

Responsibilities:
You will develop strategic value propositions, gain industry knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to execute business plans.

Other tasks will include you to strategically profile companies through creative research. Identifying new companies and analyze organizational structures for our Key Account Managers. Further you will work together to develop new ideas for engagement and retention and really develop an understanding of our company and our positioning in the market.

Results Driven Assignments, work towards weekly targets in line with team goals, performance related remuneration, benefit from regular management coaching related to key performance indicators.
