Vogue and Kering know that design is key to any luxury fashion brand, which is why we're putting a special focus on it this year by offering design internships with Kering's luxury brands. However, design is not the only component of a brand. Each brand needs an entire support team and other internships will be offered in product development, merchandising, sustainability, digital and sales. This year ten brands are participating in Empower Talent: Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Brioni, Dodo, Gucci, Pomellato, Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney and the Kering Eyewear division.

Internship positions are posted on the official Vogue site, including the description of the key accountabilities and requirements.

A joint team including representatives of Kering and related brands will then form a short-list and interview candidates to select the most suitable and promising profiles.
The selected candidates will join some of the luxury industry's most celebrated brands for an internship starting from January 2017.

The internships will last 3 to 6 months.
