Programme Information
The MasterCard Female Mentoring Programme has been established to empower girls through mentorship, build your self-confidence and challenge you to discover and fulfill your potential.
Programme elements:
- 1:1 mentoring relationship
- How to effectively apply for a job, CV writing and mock interview
- Business skills training
Types of Mentoring:
- Face-to-face
- E-Mentoring
- Telephone
About You
- Undergraduate / graduate business degree student (or in process of these)
- Predicted GPA average score 2.5 or Minimum 2:1
- Degree or equivalent in other European countries
- An interest in industries such as financial services, consulting, marketing, technology, and the digital market
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (both written and oral), fluency in Italian (both written and oral) is essential and one other additional language a plus
