Internship Controlling
Department: Controlling
Location: Brussels
Tasks: You will be working as an assistant of the Controlling Department at Robert Bosch Benelux. You will support the controlling team in the daily tasks (e.g. margin analysis, monthly reporting to the company headquarters in Germany, monthly cost reporting, business planning) and with specific ad hoc requests. You will gain a first insight into the controlling activities of a multinational company.
Required Skills: You are currently a business student with specialization in Controlling and you have already obtained your pre-diploma. You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with MS Office, especially MS Excel. Experience with SAP R/3 is an asset. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are very well-organized and you can work independently on a tight deadline. Good working knowledge of Dutch or French and English or German is important.

Internship After Sales Department ‘My Service’
Department: After Sales Thermotechnology Belgium
Location: Antwerp (Aartselaar)
Tasks: You will be working as an assistant in the After Sales Department at Bosch Thermotechnology Belgium in Aartselaar. Your main responsibility will be to support the management team in improvement projects. You will evaluate current processes which need to be optimized. You will work on the further development of the work force management system that manages the planning of our service technicians. With the help of the input from the planning team, you will identify new actions to fine tune the tool. Actions launched towards our service delivery partner, must be logged, followed up and pushed towards fast execution.
Required Skills: You are currently a student (with focus on business or industrial engineering) and you are interested in project management and the optimization of tools and processes. You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in taking an active and creative approach. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are very well-organized and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently. You are used to take ownership and find great satisfaction in driving projects to completion. You have a deep knowledge of IT systems/MS Office (especially MS Excel or MS Access). Fluency in English is important.

Internship Quality Coordination Support

Tasks: Support to “Quality Manager-Europe” in daily business:
- Coordinate the development of monthly and weekly Quality report
