Internship at PBLH International Consulting, Brussels

PBLH International Consulting is a Brussels-based consultancy company established in 2009, with a reputation as solid providers of consultancy, project management and technical assistance services in the field of international development projects.

To support our business growth we are looking for a young motivated trainee in Brussels to start from January 2016, for six months.
The traineeship is unpaid.

If you are eager to learn, proactive, passionate about the EU environment and able to work collaboratively in a small and dynamic structure, this opportunity might be for you.

Description 

  • assist with business administration
  • check on a daily basis for any new EC calls for proposals
  • maintain PBLH’s website and database updated
  • publish our weekly newsletter
  • assist in the preparation and submission of technical offers
  • perform other tasks as requested to contribute to the objectives of PBLH

Requirements

  • a university degree in a relevant field (European Affairs, Political Sciences, Business Administration, International Cooperation, etc.)
  • able to work in both English and French: excellent spoken and written English AND French
  • a good understanding of the functioning of the European Union
  • very well-organised, able to exercise initiative and organize work under strict deadlines with the ability to set priorities
  • strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, flexible approach, ready to be available when needed to tackle urgent requests
  • interest in European and international affairs
  • communication skills
  • legal eligibility to work in Belgium
