By investing in graduate recruitment and training we are seeking to recruit today the key employees of tomorrow. Managing other people's money is a significant responsibility and we do so in challenging market environments, in multiple jurisdictions, within different regulatory regimes, amid great technological innovation and changing client needs. We operate in a 24-7 world and are judged on the quality of our often difficult decisions. Our graduate programme will give you the best possible start in a dynamic and highly rewarding industry. We are offering successful candidates a 24 month programme starting in September 2016. Our graduate programme has various application dates depending on track and location, so please check the website for details. During the Programme you will learn new skills and develop knowledge first hand through job rotations. You will also deepen your interpersonal skills through modular training in different locations across Asia, Europe and the US. You will be able to apply your new found skills in different work situations. In much the same way we treat our clients as individuals, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach for our graduates. While there will be elements of the programme that are common to all, each successful candidate will be on a tailored programme within one of three tracks.
