What the program is:
This fast track for your professional growth is a 6-year program for fresh and proactive talents with a strong international attitude. We are offering a job rotation which involves three different assignments, of 24 months each, in three different European markets, to gather a broad knowledge of our processes.
The areas involved are: Credit, Finance, Marketing & Sales
The labor agreement will follow Italian law and one of the assignments will be in Italy. The other European markets involved are: France, Germany/Austria, Spain/Portugal, UK/Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands/Belgium.
At the beginning of each assignment there will be one week of induction and trainees will be supported by a manager of the assigned area as personal coach.

Personal and professional requirements:
- master's degree in business related fields of study with excellent academic record or a bachelor’s degree plus MBA
- fluency in English (at least C1)
- recent graduation and/or limited work experience (less than 3 years)
- flexibility and availability to relocate internationally
- international experience and intercultural mindset through studying (e.g. Erasmus or bilateral exchange program, thesis abroad, etc., and/or working abroad is considered as a plus
- language skills in German or French are considered as a plus
- strong leadership
- full commitment and ability to work in team
- problem solving and analytical skills
- results-oriented
