Our 'Italian Corporate Finance team' based in Lugano, has the following vacancy: Internship - Relationship Management Junior Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

A six-month internship for students with starting date as of May 2015 or upon agreement. Insight into different areas of the bank and possibility to develop a broad network across all divisions. The opportunity to gain practical experience within a bank International work environment.
Your roles and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for detailed financial modelling analysis, preparation of materials and helping manage processes and tasks involved in both origination and execution activities of M&A processesYou will carry out a variety of activities ranging from the production of pitches – works with the rest of the team to produce well-argued presentations and thorough analysis. Intimate involvement in design and structure of presentations. Writing reports, internal liaison and participation in internal team and external client meetings. You will have to deal with clients on detailed, day-to-day aspects of a transaction (both over the telephone and face-to-face). You will produce documents for internal approval processes (writing reports and analyses and presenting internally). You will assist team members actively with their daily tasks. You will play a role in building complex financial models, working with clients to develop inputs and modelling approach and using output to draw conclusions and make recommendations (modelling, analysis, internally, client liaison)
You offer:
Four completed semesters of university or university of applied science preferably in engineering or economics. Open and persuasive personality with strong communication skills. Strong modelling and technical skill set. Able to produce technically excellent written materials – internal documents, client pitches. Able to use technical skills and knowledge to solve problems and give advice. Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task across many tasks and projects and plan aheadAble to present in a measured, clear, articulate way – in particular with regard to technical issues .Able to work fairly autonomously with limited supervision, self-reliant, great common sense. Flexibility, a proactive approach, sense of responsibility, and perseverance. Excellent written and oral English
