Our Finance Graduate Programmes are designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge of the Novo Nordisk fi nance operation and a  solid understanding of the underlying business. During the programmes you will develop skills within fi nancial planning and controlling, project management, accounting and tax, risk management and other core finance skills. You will develop through training, access to senior mentors, working abroad and a steep learning curve.
