Community Manager & Digital Marketing 

After 4 years of activity and experience Australiance wants to grow and take its activities to the next level. A good step for you to learn all about the Australian job market, to start your career on the Kangaroos' island! In addition you will get proven ability leading eCommerce website and optimizing customer engagement across digital platforms.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Sydney, city center
Salary: 250$/month
Position: Web Communication Ninja, Digital Marketer

Key missions:

• Develop articles, how-to videos and execute content marketing campaign to increase online conversion rate.
• Manage and promote Australiance's offers & events
• Contributes to development, implementation and ongoing optimization of community strategies (mainly on LinkedIn and Facebook)

As Communication Ninja you will also be in charge to create advertisement, newsletters, articles... to promote Australiance's services, partners, events...
With the main objective to manage relations with customers to build the Australiance's community.

As Digital Marketer in a small business environment you will work on several different projects from web (UX/UI) design, advertising campaigns. Reporting and interpreting analytics and using these insights to form decision-making and drive strong ROI.

Requirements and key Skills

Language: English: fluent Spanish/Italian: a strength

IT: Photoshop and Video maker software. MailChimp campaigns

Experience: Good Writing skills in French Project management a must

Behaviour: Entrepreneurial spirit. Fast learner, highly motivated. Strong communication skills. Desire to take initiative and challenge yourself.

Digital Marketing & Business Development

After 4 years of activity and experience Australiance wants to grow and pass to another stage, the main reason of this internship offer. A great experience if you want to come back and start your career in Australia!

Salary: 250$/month + good compensation on results
Position: Digital Marketing Analyst & Business developer.

Key missions:

Search, Analyze and Select to contract new partnerships

Become a ninja for web marketing campaigns

Manage and promote Australiance's events

Build, develop and grow new arms of business to increase profits by 30% for Australiance-coaching solution

As Business Developer you will create new business opportunities through new partnerships based on Australiance's new business model.

As WebMarketing Ninja you will provide analysis, forecasting and reporting that inform and improve the effectiveness of the planning, execution and optimization of marketing strategy. You will also be in charge of managing leads through online and offline channels to increase conversion rate.

Requirements and key Skills

Language: English: professional Spanish/Italian: a strength

IT: CRM, Wordpress (HTML + CSS), MailChimp - Knowledge in Photoshop

Experience: Digital Marketing required Project management a must

Behaviour: Entrepreneurial spirit. Fast learner, highly motivated. Strong communication skills. Desire to take initiative and rise to the challenges.
